IBM is looking for head of support to lead Trusteer product line support organization,Your main challenges will be:
Continuous improvement in our technical support operation
Ramp up the technical expertise in new products and technologies
Managed a global support team
Drive and improve support KPI
Improve customer satisfaction
As key player in Trusteer customer services organization you will be leading the support organization in collaborating with the different team in Trusteer (development, security, product, deployment, operation etc) focus on case operation.
At least 7 year experience in leading support teams.
Experience leading group of at least 40 people
Supporting global customer
Experience with a SaaS organization
Strong leadership, interpersonal relationship abilities and communication skills.
Desire and ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
Experience with Web Technology
Experience in managing service level agreement with enterprise customers
Excellent communication in English
