IBM Project Manager in TAIPEI, Taiwan

This role is responsible for leading a project team including all project resources and subcontractors, managing projects in delivering a solution to customer, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet customer’s expectations. The overall performance responsibility is for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

  • Responsible for managing and delivering custom application development or application maintenance projects at client sites.

  • Responsible for managing both internal project team resources and subcontractors.

  • Responsible for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

  • Responsible for delivering on commitment, in quality delivery, to meet customer expectation and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Responsible for applying PM methodologies and follow IBM internal project management controlling process.

    1. Responsible for communicating and articulating IBM’s value to support both clients’ and IBM’s business growth.
  • 8+ years of project delivery experiences in IT industry.

  • 5+ years of project management experiences in managing big and complex end to end projects with strong customer facing skills.

  • Communication and Negotiation skills.
