We are growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, talented individual to join our team as a Production Ops Engineer.This position will involve designing, managing and evolving our growing SaaS infrastructure in all aspects including operations, scalability, redundancy, fault tolerance and security.Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for 24x7 production service through a rotating coverage with US team.
Troubleshoot production issues and outages.
Deploy new production systems.
Write Kitchen tests for all Chef cookbooks to be run via Jenkins.
Assist with documentation of Chef, Terraform, and other automation code.
Work with Development teams to ensure reliable deployments of production code.
Assist with writing of Chef cookbooks for configuration management of infrastructure and production systems.
0 - 3 years experience managing production Linux environments.
Familiarity with RHEL 7, CentOS 7, and Debian operating systems.
Experience scripting in Bash and Go.
Experience developing in Ruby.
Experience with Chef or other configuration management tools.
