Job DescriptionAs the Delivery Project Executive at IBM SG- Security Services, you are responsible for the delivery of Security Services programs and infrastructure projects in an outsourcing environment. It is a leadership role that ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the various teams within IBM, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive client satisfaction.
Work with the Project Executive and delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs, requirements and expectations with regard to assigned IBM delivery team operations for Security Services
Provide overall account leadership to the service delivery team to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables
Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence. Is the owner of service delivery quality and is responsible for tracking and reporting service level attainment/objectives (SLAs/SLOs)
Manage cost, schedule, and service deliverables as per the contract, Balancing quality and cost management of service delivery areas
Work collaboratively with individuals/teams to achieve client satisfaction targets
Ensure audit-readiness for service delivery as per the contract agreement
Establish effective project communication plans and present frequently to management, the client and team members, on project status and milestones over the life cycle of a project
Work with and manage vendor relationships in the delivery of projects and services
Use technical knowledge and familiarity with client to identify new opportunities for growth
Involve in contract solutions. Position as a trusted solution advisor and involve in promoting new solutions to the clients
Responsible for defining and owning the Service/Quality Improvement plan
Depth of knowledge in one or more of the core security domains: SSRC/GRC, IAM, SOC Operations, Application and Data, or Infrastructure Endpoint and Mobile Security
An understand of contemporary and legacy security technologies used within a particular domain (e.g. Firewalls, IDS, Firewalls, SIEM)
Understanding of compliance issues (ISO 27001, SSAE 16, COBIT) and Regulatory requirements.
Information Security Management Principles - A fundamental understanding of ISMS Principles is expected covering an understanding Disaster Recovery, Access Controls, Authentication, Audit, Governance, Risk Management, Security Architecture, Systems Development.
