Candidates must be local to the Washington DC area. The IV Quality & Testing Analyst will be responsible for developing and conducting analytical and quality processes. This includes development of new programming, as well as maintenance of existing software programs used to produce external client deliverables, internal management reports, and responses to analytical requests. They should work with moderate supervision from the team leader on improving analytical and processing efforts while independently executing routine responsibilities according to deadlines. The Quality & Testing Analyst will be able to review business requirements, data dictionaries and other documentation to verify requirements and apply logic to their queries, programs and processes. the Quality & Testing Analyst will at times work with large volumes of data and will need to consider the best approach to queries, data pulls and analysis given the scope of size of data being analyzed. The Analyst should independently analyze data, identify potential issues and recognize when issues need to be escalated to higher levels, keeping the team leader informed. The candidate should have an aptitude for learning new programming languages and/or database administration skills, strong attention to details, and the ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally in verbal and written form. MUST BE LOCAL TO DC, no travel and no remoteCandidates will be required to complete the USPS Clearance process.
A Developer must have experience in analyzing customer needs and developing overall concept and design objectives. The developer must be able to create software in a variety of programming languages and for a variety of IT software applications. Must have experience in debugging and correcting errors in computer programs.
