We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist to work with the account teams on opportunity identification and qualification across the full range of Services solutions including Systems, Mobility & Network, Resiliency, Cloud and Security. You will have the opportunity to own and engage with existing clients, account executives and country sales teams to lead teams on bid strategy, pricing strategy and value selling leading to signing of a deal. You will identify the client organization's decision making map and work with internal IBM team to cover the respective levels, managing the clients' expectation on proposal submission schedules and standards. You will also lead in high level solution strategy that delivers value to clients and drives revenue across a target list of clients. With a broad knowledge of outsourcing services and solutions you will demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving sales through consultative selling to meet the client's specifications, strategic direction and business needs, confidently articulating on additional services and solutions in terms of financial return, benefits and impact.With 12+ years industry experience in sales pursuit roles for complex ITO and BPO engagements, you will be able to demonstrate an exemplary knowledge of overall solutioning, including understanding of key cost and value drivers in every solution component, a strong, broad sales and business acumen and a proven hands on experience in winning medium to large scale deals.For individuals who can rise to the challenge this position provides high visibility, extraordinary financial rewards, and excellent career development prospects.
