Provide advanced level issue resolution and support for tens of thousands users consuming Exchange Online and Skype for Business services
Prior experience working/supporting many users in an O365 hybrid implementation. Core skills would include resolving connectivity issues, mail delivery/flow issues, migrations, etc.
Manage equal measures of practical/applied knowledge of O365 client side technologies as well as server/service side technologies such as Exchange, Lync Server, Sharepoint, AirWatch etc.
Create operational guides for the Office 365 services such as Lync Skype for Business and Exchange Online environment.
Assist in implementing security-related enablement activities
Responsible for statistics gathering relating to performance and metrics
Provide 2nd level support to helpdesk /deskside support in resolving issues
Participates in weekend maintenance activities, as required
Manages Spam/Virus filtering technology
Adheres to and helps enforce change/service level management and compliance processes
Coordinates planning and troubleshooting efforts with associate technology support teams
Responsible for the ongoing system management and recovery
Ensure client's specific requirements are successfully met in term of Office 365 support
