Provides consultation to clients through Enterprise management / HR partnerships in change management, performance management, leader and team effectiveness.
Help client to plan, coordinate, develop, and deliver organizational wide initiatives that build organizational effectiveness, create a talent infrastructure, and support and lead organizational change.
Consult on the organization design activities of key business groups to support overall group and business strategy
Support client in a variety of ways to develop an organization effectiveness strategy including design and facilitation of off-sites, assessments, development and delivery of pertinent learning exercises, etc.
Minimum five (5) years of applied experience in Organization Development, Learning and Development, Performance Consulting or related field required. Participate as a member of the broader Talent Management team to add value in such areas as performance management, career management, engagement, and learning and development Strong expertise in Organization Design; familiarity with other Organization Effectiveness tools and methodology Ability to develop/cultivate OD/facilitation skills in others (HR Consulting Function, managers, etc.) for transfer of learning Experience leading Organization Design and Development engagements that have had a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of an organization Strong presentation and facilitation skills
