IBM Sales Specialist Pipeline - Focus on PCD in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Role Description: This is a mapping position to find the best disabled candidates in sales area. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Manager focused to sell Cloud, Security, Analytics, Cognitive solutions on large and medium sized enterprises. The candidate must have sales experience with a high performance track record in identify, progress and close projects. The Candidate is required to have sales and deep technical skills that enables him or her to create innovative solutions and drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with channels, SW developers, start-ups. IT architects, and other customer executives. The Sales Specialist will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication and presentation skills.Main Responsibilities:Demonstrate the ability to understand and sell Software as a Service;Demonstrate extensive experience in selling and closing, large, complex, transformational solutions;Demonstrate compelling value propositions for our services with our clients;Engage directly with IT and C-level executives to understand their key challenges and demonstrate and price solutions that fit their needs;Develop and execute tactical and strategic sales strategies that leverage existing client relationships, drive win plans that capitalize on or create compelling events and highlight IBM's differentiation to ultimately win the business;Lead cross discipline teams towards a common vision while operating effectively in a highly matrixed environment;Engage with the solution architecture team during the solution design phase in order to develop a technically viable solution, as well as utilize key delivery resources during the sell cycle to showcase IBM's expertise and build client credibility for our solutions;Consistently deliver on assigned Revenue and Profit objectives;Candidate must have demonstrated communication skills (written/verbal).Technical/Professional Expertise Preferred: * experience in C-Level Relationship Building; Experience in closing skills;* Technology related tech sales, sales or business development experience;* Knowledge about Cloud, Analytics, Security or Cognitive providers and competitive scenario.

  • At least 5 years experience in technical sales in large enterprise accounts.
