IBM Channel Sales Manager - Cloud Services in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Role Description: We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Manager for Channel Sales & Programs to expand IBM Cloud Services strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth in Brazil.Main Responsibilities:• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, strategic bookings and new customer unit goals through multiple strategic partners in Brazil.• Define and shape the indirect, long-term strategy in Brazil by identifying the right partners (Manage Services Providers, Systems Integrators, Independent Software Vendor and Valeu Added Distributor) to help accelerate growth in the region.• Help lead the cultural transformation required to develop a larger channel ecosystem by developing, on-boarding, training and supporting partners.• Help confirm and identify the right mix of channel partners by key plays and enable the local sales, marketing and operational teams to drive incremental new sales and revenue.• Ensure smooth deal flow between the end-customers, partners and Cloud Services Brazil, resolve conflicts and track all operational and legal aspects of our partner business in Brazil.• Develop relationships with all the leaders of our partner eco-system.Technical/Professional Expertise Preferred: • Experience in Strategic Business Partners Relationship Building;• Experience in closing skills;• Technology related tech sales, sales or business development experience;• Knowledge about Cloud IaaS providers and competitive scenario.

  • At least 3 year experience in channel sales management at IBM;

  • At least 3 year experience in selling and managing relationship with business partners;
