  • Perform tasks primarily focus on analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules

  • Develop and implement best practices in designing and developing oracle Hyperion applications according to business requirements

  • Ensure that the problem tickets from client are responded to as per service level agreement in the tool – Google Unified Ticketing System.

  • Analyze and document the root cause of the problem mentioned in the ticket and provide an appropriate and effective solution for the same.

  • Log the request for changes and services in Essbase from the client in the Ticketing System and update the progress till the completion of the service.

  • Business requirements collection from the client by conducting requirements gathering sessions with the process team member and process owner.

  • Responsible to work on enhancements/bugs created from production support activities

  • Document any solution enhancement requests in the Bug tracking system. Prepare Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) document as per IBM prescribed format and get user sign off for the proposed solution.

  • Work extensively on Hyperion Administrative tasks, maintaining hierarchy, security settings, Level-1 Hyperion Support, monthly Flash processes and Data loads and year-end rollover activities.

  • Coordinate development with the technical team and client core team by ensuring that there is a clear channel of communication between the client team members, the onsite implementation team and the offshore team.
