Be part of the team responsible for Watson Crossbrand Client Experience Center in San Francisco! It is a state of the art facility capable of taking our key clients through real world immersive cognitive computing experiences, various Watson live integrated systems and provides innovation rooms for client discussions equipped with the most sophisticated collaboration technologies in the industry.Candidates will be responsible for managing all of the datacenter maintenance and design upgrades, collaboration suite installations and other diverse IT, computing and A/V infrastructure within the Client Experience Center.Examples of responsibilities includes:1. Owner of all Datacenter, A/V systems, live integrated systems. Responsible for server and network administration, security, firmware and systems upgrades and maintenance, install and maintain custom solutions. Familiar with Windows and Linux OS. 2. Defining and developing project plans, conducting cost/benefit analyses and risk assessments.3. Maintaining an extremely highly reliable and highly available infrastructure including designing system improvements and eliminating single points of failure.4. Maintaining records and drawing schematics of the Client Experience Center computing and IT infrastructure to detail what equipment is installed, who appropriate vendors are, who owns the relevant support contracts and create extensive troubleshooting guides.5. Planning for capacity changes, maintaining corporate databases and ensuring compliance with government regulations.6. Assisting team members in planning any aspects of client visits as needed.7. Design system upgrades based on feedback from Client Experience Center Facilitators andManagement.8. Proactively identify any issues and problems with the IT infrastructure that need immediate focus and resolution. Perform root cause analysis on observed issues. Leverage key resources across IBM to resolve issues.9. Provide weekly updates to Management on Datacenter, IT infrastructure and A/V systems operations and planned improvements.10. Continually improve usability of systems in the Client Experience Center.   • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 1 year experience in datacenter management

  • At least 2 years experience in project management

  • At least 1 year experience in A/V systems management

  • At least 2 years experience in Systems/storage/network management

  • Readiness to travel 10% travel annually

  • English: Fluent
