From the kick-off of a client engagement through project retrospectives, you will lead teams of Designers and Developers to deliver great client outcomes. As an experienced services delivery leader, you will manage client expectations and ensure that engagements are delivered according to statements of work.   • At least 2 years of technical service delivery project management

  • At least 2 years experience with direct client interaction
