As an IBM Sales Leader, the individual must be a role model, inspire their team, drive a culture of sales eminence, deliver client value, and leverage IBM’s resources to achieve business objectives.This position will lead a team of skilled video sales professionals responsible for identifying, progressing and closing Cloud Video solutions across North America. Guiding the sales process is essential and includes, but is not limited to; strategic and tactical planning, understanding client buying behaviors, working with the extended IBM teams and channel partners, and accurate forecasting.Key Responsibilities:• Lead a team of Cloud Video Sales Reps across North America• Manage cadence and reporting to monthly / quarterly goals• Meet and exceed signing quota and revenue targets• Develop broad & deep relationships with key prospects to win new video projects• Leverage your network of senior executive relationships to secure new business• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients• Work jointly with internal resources (sales engineering, marketing, offering management, etc.)• Identify target account’s business problems and frame the right solution• Recruit & hire new employees as required to meet our headcount planCVU2016rterbpna

  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a field sales team
