Firstly, this job is not a call center job in the traditional sense. There is no selling, no outbound calls, and no angry customers. This job is about supporting our internationally known customer’s internal employees regarding their HR related inquiries in a call center environment. No prior HR experience is required as we will provide complete training. The only firm requirement is that the candidate be fully fluent and comfortable in a French speaking and written environment.
As an HR Contact Center Representative, the candidate will perform first or second level support, receiving questions from direct calls and email or handling more difficult, time-consuming or specialized queries.
Topics will vary from Compensation and Benefits to Workforce Management and Skills Development, among other queries.The successful candidate must be completely fluent in French, both verbal and written. The majority of interactions will be in French.
