Ensure IGA client's business requirements are successfully met. Expert knowledge of IGA WW Manufacturing client environment (technical and process). Perform IBM I system administration and High Availability (HA) support as directed by team lead, including system upgrade, troubleshooting, backup/recovery, problem determination, patch management, and other tasks as required for client support. Participate in day/night/weekend on-call rotation and disaster recovery exercises. Successfully communicates and collaborates across all teams supporting the client account. Incumbent ensures that the client's operations, hardware, software, application, network systems, and best practices are implemented. The employee focuses on individual/team/department/ operational objectives.
Environment:Professional knowledge of IBM i Technical support and high availability solutions, specifically the MIMIX product.
