Request hardware pricing approval via hardware pricing tool.
Request software pricing approval via software quote and order tool.
Request maintenance pricing approval via maintenance engagement tool.
Create customer friendly quotes using Microsoft Excel identifying list, entitled and discounted price.
Respond directly to the Federal Opportunity Owner (Sales Rep) through the mandated web-based tools, e-mail, and phones calls.
Process migrations and customer number requests.
Ensure quality and accuracy in enrollment processing and entitlement management.
Perform activities related to Passport Advantage (PPA) & Flexible Contract Type (FCT) environment process.
Submit tax removal based on tax exempt certificated owned by client.
Manage the process of communicating delays in approvals, need for additional business justification, and rejections.
Responsible for reconciling weekly reports and submitting to management timely for approval.
Maintain customer satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries, and pro-active problem resolution.
Coordinate communication with sales group, sales operations, customer and management line to resolve customer issues and problems.
Understand Client expectations through appropriate communication and actions.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
