Cognitive computing has the potential to touch every stage of the employee life cycle and every aspect of the HR function. The successful candidate will lead proposal development and consulting sales, project/program delivery, offering and thought leadership development, and Talent & Engagement community building. The emerging cognitive HR function harnesses data and analytics to amplify HR's ability to:• Build organizational capabilities by producing personalized advice and recommendations for employees and managers• Create capacity for HR professionals to focus on strategy• Deliver insights that drive better talent decisionsIBM's talent analytics and cognitive human resources (HR) solutions and services help HR professionals take advantage of the tremendous amount of data available about candidates and employees — and the power of cognitive computing—to produce meaningful insights that help organizations better understand and attract talent, and compete for the best people, adapt to changing employee expectations and demographics, and manage costs, while delivering superior employee experiences and business results.

  • At least 4 years demonstrated experience in structuring, closing sales opportunities and solutions. Proven track record of significantly growing new business accounts.

  • At least 5 years experience defining and implementing business-focused talent analytics capabilities for HR organizations, such as predictive models and cognitive / artificial intelligence.

  • At least 5 years experience in consulting environment.

  • At least 1 year experience working with HR Cloud systems in Cloud computing and the benefits this can bring to organizations.

  • At least 3 years experience in core HR and Talent Management processes.

  • At least 3 years experience presenting/interacting with C-Suite level Executives.

  • At least 5 years experience in leading complex programs and projects that span multiple phases, from opportunity and business case definition, through to implementation and post implementation support.

  • Readiness to travel internationally.
