At least 4 years demonstrated experience in structuring, closing sales opportunities and solutions. Proven track record of significantly growing new business accounts.
At least 5 years experience defining and implementing business-focused talent analytics capabilities for HR organizations, such as predictive models and cognitive / artificial intelligence.
At least 5 years experience in consulting environment.
At least 1 year experience working with HR Cloud systems in Cloud computing and the benefits this can bring to organizations.
At least 3 years experience in core HR and Talent Management processes.
At least 3 years experience presenting/interacting with C-Suite level Executives.
At least 5 years experience in leading complex programs and projects that span multiple phases, from opportunity and business case definition, through to implementation and post implementation support.
Readiness to travel internationally.
