Utilizing your consulting skills, you will work with IBM colleagues and the client’s own staff, from diverse backgrounds, to deliver a great analytical solution for the client. Your logical thinking, data analysis skills, and modelling expertise in tools ranging from Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Access to the range of analytical software in IBM’s portfolio, including Watson Analytics, SPSS (Statistical Analysis) and ILOG CPLEX (Decision Optimization) will be applied to an array of complex business problems and will see you provide astute insights into how our clients manage their workforce and talent. You’ll also apply your understanding of cognitive computing and machine learning to the most pressing issues facing HR, from talent acquisition, to employee engagement and development, to HR operations. As a Talent Analytics Executive Consultant within our Business Analytics & Strategy Service Line, you will be responsible for the overall successful sales and delivery of Talent Analytics and Cognitive HR Solutions to IBM's core clients. You will develop relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stake holder groups including client business and technical organizations, IBM's domestic and global delivery organizations, and third party software vendors. Successful candidates will provide hands-on leadership, direction and mentoring to team and manage client relationships. Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience selling and delivering Talent Analytics solutions. This position in the global Talent & Change Center of Competency and requires an 80% global travel commitment.   • At least 5 years experience in analytical models used in talent management

  • At least 5 years experience in modeling using one or move these tools: VBA and Access to using the range of analytical software recently purchased by IBM, as part of its large investment in BA, including SPSS

  • At least 1 year experience in Cloud computing and the benefits this can bring to organizations

  • At least 3 years experience in core HR and Talent Management processes

  • At least 5 years experience in technology driven change management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related transformation

  • At least 5 years experience in client-facing work or consulting

  • At least 5 years experience in leading complex programs and projects that span multiple phases, from opportunity and business case definition, through to implementation and post implementation support
