We are currently seeking Workday Benefits Administration Consultants for our growing Workday Higher Education Practice. In this role, you will work with clients to understand business requirements and implement Workday Benefits Administration requirements for clients in a consulting environment. Successful candidates will provide functional process knowledge and have the ability to translate Workday and client terms so that all participants can contribute to implementation success. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, including future client benefit plans, enrollment processes, and necessary eligibility

  • Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions related to Benefits processing (i.e., creation of benefit plans, life events, enrollment rules, and business processes, and open enrollment set up)

  • Advise clients on industry standards for benefits set up and enrollment process in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes

  • Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM Benefits solution

  • Devise creative solutions for events not captured by standard the Workday set up

  • Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems

  • Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the Workday solution

  • Leverage prior Benefits/Human Resources related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.

  • Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements

  • Work with the Delivery Assurance team to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints

  • Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status

  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices

  • Identify opportunities to position additional service offerings to clients

  • Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management, Benefits Administration, Benefits programs, and Benefits business processes

  • At least 3 years of experience deploying HCM SaaS software solutions (i.e., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc), or other IT/ERP solutions

  • At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering

  • Advanced knowledge of government benefit regulations including tax limitations and Affordable Care Act standards
