IBM is seeking a Solution Representative - Brand Specialist specifically for Maryland and Virginia. The role of the Solution Representative - Brand Specialist is to build and maintain business relationships with key clients, as well as generate significant maintenance and software support signings and profitable Technical Support Services (TSS) revenue growth. As the Solution Representative - Brand Specialist, your primary objective is to identify new business opportunities and sell solutions which address the client's business needs and value expectations. This role requires a thorough understanding of the TSS capabilities, Demonstrated CAMSS knowledge sales execution, and the ability to create and sell value based propositions. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction with TSS solutions.An ideal candidate will demonstrates leadership skills and be able to work independently with little direction on complex issues. You should be able to responds to clients with a sense of urgency. Prior experience in client relationship management, solution development, and opportunity identification will contribute to your success in this role.
At least 5 years experience in IT Sales
