Navigate the complex environment of working within the largest financial services institutions in the world
Deliver subject matter expertise in financial services and asset management across all asset classes, trade life-cycle, regulatory requirements
Develop and deliver business strategy and implementation plans
Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases, proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV)
Manage client relationships
Lead teams to successful delivery

At least 2 years experience within financial services.
At least 2 years experience creating roadmaps to reach future state design by integrating transformation initiatives, Lean, and robotics while managing medium to large scale restructuring events across business unit(s)
At least 2 years experience successfully led end-to-end planning and management of medium to large complex restructuring activities and/or operating model analysis
At least 2 years experience overseeing schedules, resources, budget and risks of each project to ensure targets, budget, and milestones are met
At least 2 years experience in operating model design, transformation and/or Lean manager.
