We are seeking an Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Architect & Delivery Leader for our Enterprise Applications (EA) Hyper Growth EPM team that manages a portfolio of EPM Cloud and on-premise offerings and solutions. In this leadership role, the individual will drive solution strategy and lead successful engagement execution using the IBM Hybrid Agile delivery approach to create a competitive advantage in the marketplace. They will draw on their functional and technical expertise to increase the effectiveness of existing solution offerings and lead teams to increase client satisfaction in successful EPM implementations. The individual is expected to create repeatable solutions and gain efficiency throughout the EPM delivery organization.They will be responsible to assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. As a part of the EPM leadership team, this person must possess a unique blend of business acumen and technical skills to translate stakeholder pain points into actionable business capability requirements and impactful solutions to be delivered by the EPM team. The new leader will serve as a product expert, combining industry analysis and end-user feedback to manage and drive the overall product portfolio of solutions; assisting to set the strategic vision, publishing Oracle white papers and speaking at Oracle market events. The EPM Cloud Architect & Delivery Leader will be empowered to design, implement, refine and deploy new EPM Cloud solutions combined with other Cloud platforms such as ERP, CX, CRM and BI.This role will have exposure and familiarity to multi-dimensional industries during the sales cycle. Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams embracing time zone and cultural aspects is a key to the success of this position.Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Oracle EPM architecture domain leadership

  • Accountable for the performance, health, and stability of new and on-going EPM engagements

  • Accountable for the master data governance and new enhancement proposed to be implemented on the new and on-going EPM engagements

  • Constantly explore new ways to simplify and improve application solutions and integrations

  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of all Oracle EPM Cloud product releases

  • Actively participate in Hyperion application designs, and work with project teams to create designs optimal for system efficacy/performance

  • Guide offshore/onshore development resources with development and/or technical issues

  • Work with Oracle and clients to continually research and develop both technical and business knowledge, leveraging research with the them to understand and become leaders in the EPM space · Mentoring team members in their career development

  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of IBM processes and intellectual property

  • At least 10 years consultancy experience working with Oracle EPM (Hyperion) products

  • At least 7 years and 10 implementations experience with Oracle EPM Applications as technical lead or solution architect

  • At least 2 years of implementation experience with EPM Cloud

  • At least 2 years experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle Cloud concepts

  • At least 7 years experience in the ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams

  • Demonstrated technical capabilities in Hybrid & Cloud solution design, ETL development concepts, Oracle EPM metadata design and Oracle EPM application development

  • Understanding of proper Project Management processes. PMP certification is a plus.
