The Global HR Partner role is responsible for working closely with the Digital Business Group leadership team, line management, and other functional areas to pro-actively address business issues related to people development and employee experience. Providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives and recommending solutions to complex business and client opportunities and challenges. Individual in this role should have strategic mind, digital transformation mind-set and understand business requirements so to work with other HR functions in deploying and executing HR strategy and HR programs e.g. compensation, benefits, workforce diversity etc. Helps to drive organizational change, build organizational capability and create a high-performance culture.   • 8+ years working experience in HR field either in generalist role or specialist role with function of Staffing, Training, Compensation& Benefit

  • Deep domain understanding of marketing and digital transformation

  • Strong client engagement abilities

  • Be able to work in an extremely complicated and complex origination

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
