IBM is seeking a Cloud & Cognitive Solutions Tech Sales - Hi-Tech Industry - Industrial Markets. This individual will work with a senior sales leader on a fixed client base and help articulate the benefits of IBM’s Hybrid Cloud and XaaS technical solutions for Hi-Tech clients. This Tech Seller is expected to have strong technical skills as well as solid industry acumen when highlighting the value and differentiation of IBM cloud solutions in the marketplace. The successful candidate is expected to create and leverage Demonstrations, Videos, Proof of technologies, and presentations when working with clients. The successful candidate will also contribute to virtual technical teams for building solutions that address specific customer’s opportunities.Additional responsibilities include:
Relating the technical needs of the customer back to the business facilitating understanding of the value of the solution back to the customers business (ROI)
Insuring the effective deployment of customer purchased Hybrid Cloud XaaS solutions
The ideal candidate will be passionate about Cloud XaaS technology and solving complex problems then documenting, training, and publicizing the result of the architected solution's impact to the business. They will work with Cloud technical teams, IBM client teams, Offering Management, Development/Lab and IBM business partners. Competencies include:

This position will be located in the Eastern or Southeastern US, preferably in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Expert level skills to guide client’s technical teams on Cloud XaaS strategy and solution best practices
Expert level skills in DevOps productivity, Hybrid Integration, Bluemix IaaS &PaaS, Cognitive Computing, Watson API’s, Cloud Data Services, IoT, Cloud Privacy and Security.
Experienced level of Hi-Tech industry knowledge.
Ability to position Cloud & Cognitive technology against industry requirements.
