Working with the IPS team to delivery of the contractually agreed upon clients savings commitements and process enhancements and/or transformation solutions.The Category Consultant assists our clients with strategic sourcing, buying, and spend analytic

  • 7+ years in procurement, category consulting sourcing or supplier/management, and a minimum of 7+ years in procurement and consulting experience, or Healthcare Benefits Management. The ideal candidate will have an in depth working knowledge of HR Benefits including; Health & Life Insurance, Internaltional Pooling, Third Party Adminsitration, Pension Maagement, Retirement Plans, Wellness Programs, Clinical Programs, Expatriate Services. Additionally we are looking for experience in HR Services including; Education/Training, Learning & Development, Executive Coaching, and Learning Maagement Systems LMS

  • Additionally candidates will require data analytics experience. In lieu of category expertise, will accept candidates with five or more years of experience working at a company sourcing corporate and professional services.
