Sponsorship is not available.The IBM Accelerated Value Program is an advisory add-on support program that combines deep technology expertise, developing client relationship and a good understanding of client use of IBM technology while helping IBM Clients achieve their business goals. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about IBM technology and passionate about working closely with clients for a successful adoption and usage of IBM products.Specifically we are looking for deep hands-on expertise in the IBM Integration platform – covering IBM Integration Bus (IIB), Datapower, WebShere MQ Series and the ability to look across the combined space where customers use these IBM products. Knowledge and certification on Cloud technologies is a must. In addition, this role is for you if you have industry experience where these products from the IBM Integration portfolio were used to drive critical business applications as part of production systems. This role provides the opportunity to work as part of the Cloud Support organization where you employ critical problem resolution skills working with a team of experts to solve complex software and integration problems for our clients in North America. You will also be helping drive the delivery on a contract where IBM is asked to help guide Clients with their use of the Cloud Integration products. Problem determination is a must and the ability to work across the various IBM teams and bringing them together on client projects is key to their success and yours. You need to have excellent communications skills both at the technical level and management level, and it would be preferred if you have experience speaking with client executives.   • At least 10 years in a client-facing support role

  • At least 8 years of experience with the following: IBM Integration Bus, WebShere MQ Series, Datapower, CastIron, Problem Determination, Troubleshooting, and Client Relationship Management

  • Must be Cloud-savvy both as a platform as well as from a product implementation point of view
