IBM RRT5023 - Data Entry Administrator in Quezon City, Philippines

Key responsibilites:• To create HRD forms for expense report replication in Travel@IBM and to document all related correspondences in RDB• To create HRD forms for Hard Copy Form requests and to document all related correspondences in RDB• To create HRD forms for Underpayment requests and to document all related correspondences in RDB• To submit daily tracker of all submitted requests• To submit Monthly Data Entry Tracker• To ensure that reports submitted are approved on time• To respond to e-mails received within 48 hours of receiving them, ensuring emails received from employees are actioned in a timely manner• To contribute or participate in business process improvement initiatives• To perform other duties as required within business expense process

Desired Experience/Knowledge:• Usage of Concur and/or World Wide Expense ReimbursmentSkills/Abilities required:• Knows how to use MS Excel• Ability to communicate and understand basic English
