The EDM Systems Administrator will be responsible in the administration of EDM system related processes such as Access Grant/Revoke and revalidation processes. They will be assigned will be assigned to handle one or more countries depending on volume transactions or complexities. The EDM HR Service Administrator meets the job requirements of this role by acting with Speed, Accuracy, and Timeliness and delivering productivity and process improvements.Systems Administration• Responsible for successful access granting and revocation• Responsible for successful systems revalidation of in scope applications• Administers password resets• Deletes termination access as needed• Validates the access request and route to appropriate manager/approver before processing• Conducts regular access revalidation and employee verification by sending list of employees with access to the system• Handles and investigates access related queries• Updates the financial/reference table and the other tables as needed• Ensures timely closure of access and table requests• Coordinates with the Application and Process Owners for any clarifications on the requests and the system* Technical knowledge is neededBusiness Controls• Reviews validity and completeness of requests• Provides the client with support and data for any internal and external audits. Ensure compliance to the client’s existing standards.• Implements internal control measures and conducts monthly compliance testing to ensure that processes meet business controls requirements Process Documentation• Create, update and review documentation related to processing, reports and job aides used to manage data into the HR database• Ensures that desktop procedures/job aids are up to dateTraining of Employees• Train new employees of the team on work-related tasks• Train team on changes in processes and proceduresReports/Summaries• Maintains daily tracking of transactions received, processed, and pending.• Provide necessary reports to Team LeadOther Administrative tasks• Act as SPOC for internal and center deliverables• Other analysis, testing and deployment activities that might be assigned from time to time
HR or any Business Management Graduate;With Contact Center/BPO experience preferred but not required.
