• Maintain T&E policies and procedures• Review T&E policies and procedures to assess efficiency, comparison to best practices and benchmarking results• Provide Tier 1 support and query/issue resolution• Escalate unresolved issues to tier 2 and 3 (*) for additional support• Create T&E activity reports (for trend and root cause analysis)• Perform pre- and post-payment audits• Perform monthly reconciliations• Create statutory reports (distribute to local authorities)• Create management & ad hoc reports• Manage Travel & Expense Accounts to ensure there are no overdue and unreconciled items
