IBM FA0150 - Procurement Operations Specialist (Spanish) in QUEZON CITY, Philippines

The Procurement Operations Specialist is responsible for order fulfillment transactions and full buyer purchase order placement, resolution of blocked invoices as well as receive help requests from internal clients and suppliers.Operational Buyer roles and responsibilitiesReview and understand requisition requirements, working efficiently with requester/client to ensure the issuance of accurate Purchase Orders to suppliers.Process Purchase Orders as per documented procedures, within the established turn-around timeTrigger an effective execution of the sourcing process as required, according to the value of the purchasing transaction, through an adequate use of the available IBM and/or SAP tools and procedures.Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents at all times.Expedite Orders and returns upon requestProcess requests for new suppliers set-up as needed

  • Proficiency with Spanish languageEDUCATION:- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
