  • Manage various telco [Globe, PLDT and BayanTel]

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders on incidents for NOC and alert management

  • Also responsible for supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to client requirements

  • Knowledgeable in Incident Management and problem escalation.

  • Knowledgeable in ITIL Framework and process improvement
