  • Responsible for managing and administrating ACD & Recording Infra & application & Surround system for inbound and outbound contact center,

  • Support contact centers issues from voice perspective / Periodic maintenance / troubleshooting voice issues

  • Hands on experience on IVR

  • hands on experience on ACD platform
