Who you are: As incident manager you will apply your deep expertise in driving Incident for resolution until Closure. What you’ll do:

  • Logging Sev 2 & Sev 1 Incidents with Concurrence from IBM & VEL

  • Sending SMS and Emails

  • Arranging Internal & External Calls

  • Emergency Change approvals (Verbally) to be taken and document through MOM which need to be sent later
