Cee Lead Physician uses physician skills to develop, implement and administer total health programs and services consistent with and in compliance with IBM, IHS, and government regulations.
Selected candidate will also perform the following typical tasks:
Creates a positive culture based upon prevention and promotion of employee health.
Provides high quality client service by demonstrating diplomacy, compassion and professional competency.
Oversees nurse/physician staff.
Works on special projects, providing leadership in developing and implementing total health strategies.
Assesses client needs, tracks issues for problem patterns, resolves individual employee questions or issues, prepares employee communications, implements and supports total health projects, makes changes to adapt to changing legislation, manages vendor relationships and negotiates contracts.
Teams with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, and financial aspects related to medical programs.
Demonstrates understanding of other IHS expertise.
Maintains a global perspective and a comprehensive understanding of business unit strategies and acts in a multi-cultural environment.
Provides advice and counsel to employees and managers, build strong relationships with Executive management.
The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
The position requires ability to travel on short notice.
Diplomas requisites: Required: Fully licensed on Medicine. Certification in Occupational HealthAppreciated: Ergonomics – Work Psychology – Travel Health – Public Health Languages: Proficiency in English required – Eastern Europe languages appreciated I/T: Proficiency in Windows environment
