IBM Customer Solution Center Development Support Engineer in POUGHKEEPSIE, New York

IBM is seeking Customer Solution Center Development Support Engineer who will be developing new processes (H/W and S/W) to support raised floor testing of sophisticated Customer Solution Center offerings associated with unique client engagement and GTS accounts. This involves performing sizing’s, business cases, and designing test/ production floors and processes to accommodate very sophisticated and complex requirements. Engineering skills include and are not limited to; developing software scripts and hardware build schemas, process work-cell designs, capacity and capital plans, resource matrixes and the like, adherence and compliance to contract terms, input and influence on key-process-parameter and process performance systems. Client facing skills are required along with project management skills, ability to work independently in unstructured environments, entrepreneurial spirit, and effective communication skills.

  1. Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science (4 Years Academic).2. Experience with various H/W and S/W application (and integration), OEMX86 Platforms, Power systems, Network admin.3. Software experience (Operating Systems and Application loading)4.
