Project Executives are services leaders of an IBM team that delivers an outsourcing or other long term annuity based contract to a client(s). The Project Executive's responsibility is one of general management of their account. Their focus is on client relationship management, delivering on commitments to clients and achieving financial objectives of profitable revenue growth while creating an environment for growth and innovation. A PE’s role is to lead, motivate, integrate and orchestrate the account organization into a cohesive team to deliver the value of IBM's products and services to their client. The PE is also responsible for performing client contract crisis management, managing contract scope, commitments, and responsibilities of all parties. The PE defines and runs the governance of the account with the Client, and with the IBM client management team and is responsible for client satisfaction results and all set/met agreements with the client and Delivery Project Executive (DPE).
5+ years experience in a similar position at an IT company, government or financial services entity.
Demonstrated relationship management skills.
Proven project management skills.
Must have experience in financial management, business acumen.
Knowledge about new solutions/services in IT.
Knowledge of public sector.
Proven success record.
Fluency in English.
Government of Canada "Secret" level of clearance.
