Troubleshoot end to end connectivity issues along with network team.
Troubleshoot various network issues, regularly testing Network resiliency and upgrading Firmware’s in various devices as a part of network maintenance
Manage P1 and escalated issue.
Implement both cleanup rule and stealth Rule to capture log for drop packet and unauthorized access.
Practical experience of TCPDUMP and FWmonitor.
Handle Change management and Problem management as per client process.

Relevant experience of 2+ years in Routing and Switching
Firewall disaster recovery and change management as per customer’s requirements and needs which includes regular backup of system and policy changes.
