Consulting abilities in recommending right products & solutions for solving problems in the Banking and Industry.
Experience in preparing a business case and demonstrating business value to clients
Ability to navigate complex client organizations, entities, partner and vendor ecosystems and maintain healthy client connect.
Requires broad knowledge of the banking industry and deep knowledge of clients' businesses and how it relates to specific banking industry segments.
They define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work with the client and the IT Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution.
What you’ll do:
Understanding of Banking Industry strategies – New Business strategies, Digitization, Instant Payments, Business transformation, Operational model, Multi-channel, etc.
Knowledge of Banking Industry Benchmarks, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the Interdependencies of processes of the industry value chain
Understanding of Banking industry trends, competitive and regulatory pain points, and directions of the marketplace to assess their impact on the client's business.
Ability to use knowledge resources and communities to locate and collaborate with industry experts across within and outside the organization
Ability to earn trust through clear communication, responsiveness, and knowledge of the customer’s business and issues, leading to successful outcomes
