This individual will apply strong writing skills with proven marketing, digital and social media knowledge to understand content performance to reach new buyer and influencer communities. This position provides an opportunity to infuse innovative thinking and influence across numerous teams and establish collaborative relationships with Performance Marketing for closed-loop feedback on metrics to explore new venues and formats to reach new buyers and influencers.Job description: This role requires an individual with strong writing and content skills and the ability to understand Cohort needs and challenges to create compelling assets that highlight how IBM solutions can address client needs. The Individual in this role will be responsible for the following: • Develop cohort based content strategies and campaign content blueprints, aligning messages across the buyers journey with unique assets• Strong writing skills and ability to develop compelling storylines that are built into assets and delivered throughout communications across both social and digital media. • Drive asset execution with a deep understanding of asset performance and cohort preferences (understanding of top performing assets and locations to improve new asset creation and location). • Bring marketing insight and innovative thinking to develop digital and social-first content that is cohort-relevant and engaging working across Offering Management, Sales, LDRs Business Partners and Development Teams to ensure technical accuracy, market appeal and ensure all teams are fully communicating value props with “one voice.”. • Apply new methods, skills, tools, and portfolio expertise to transform the buyer’s experience across all tough points. • Establish collaborative process with Performance Marketing to ensure closed-loop feedback on metrics and explore new venues and formats to reach new buyers and influencers. • Identify and enhance key external and internal communities as vehicles to evangelize key messages, assets and cohort-based activities

  • At least 5 years marketing experience with a major brand

  • Strong written and verbal communication with experience creating assets (presentations, infographics, animation scripts, blogs, newsletters, sales fliers and letters)

  • Ability to create value propositions and key messages that translate technical features into client value

  • Ability to interact with and influence others across disparate internal/external organizations

  • Self-motivated to take initiative, act with urgency and complete projects independently

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation development and experience with the fundamentals of social media and digital marketing
