An essential part of product management is to implement an effective channel / sales and marketing strategy to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.   • Manage the entire product life cycle - from strategic planning to tactical activities

  • Specify market and user requirements for current and future solutions

  • Conduct buy/build/partner analysis to meet market requirements

  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver a solution that meets the market requirements

  • Develop and implement a solution go-to-market plan and business plan – including an overall business case, market opportunity, pricing, sales goals, sales training, competitive positioning, etc.

  • Work with product marketing and technical sales to develop the core positioning and messaging

  • Drive growth through various distribution channels

  • Provide trade show and user group support

  • Pursues a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education

  • Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers

  • Conducts sales training

  • Owns product roadmap and manages product parts and pricing

  • Establishes and manages all third party contracts associated with the solution set

  • Ideal location is Milwaukee, but open to remote

  • wBachelors degree in technical discipline

  • Demonstrated expertise in product management including product planning, business cases, pricing, packaging, and product marketing

  • Must have 2+ years of imaging and/or healthcare IT experience

  • Demonstrated experience with full product life cycle management (inception, introduction, maturity, discontinuance and replacement)

  • Minimum 2 years product management or 4 years technical sales support experience. Solid understanding of business financials
