We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Planning Project Manager.Candidates will be expected to be responsible for defining and driving technical implementations of a GxP compliant cloud environment for both internal and external customers. They will work with Watson Health Delivery and Development teams, ensuring technical feasibility, appropriate resource scheduling and management, and ensure compliance criteria are met for the environments. Candidates are preferred to have project management experience in the Life Sciences industry The Delivery Project manager will work with the Customer On-Boarding Manager to communicate plans, schedules, and changes, and ensure they will not adversely impact the customer. Cloud Services Delivery Project Manager will have responsibility to provide strong project leadership to develop and enable the IBM Watson Health Cloud for Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) offering in support of delivery. This position will concentrate on developing plans that implement the deployment of new cloud environments for LSC internal and external customers.The PM will:• Partner closely with the delivery technical solution lead (Architect) to develop the delivery product enablement plan• Lead the delivery staff through all project management phases resulting in solution enablement. • Assist in ensuring that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of the offering solution, in response to market based requirements obtained from the product offering team.• Provide formal project and program management for tracking delivery planning schedule, risk/ issues assessment, project health, financials, and communications.• Provide weekly status reports to executives regarding the project.• Ensure delivery project team members are meeting GxP training requirementswatsonhlth

A minimum of 8+ years with the following experience

  • Plan development for technical infrastructure implementations.

  • Managing the delivery of technical infrastructures.

  • Coordinating cross-organization requirements and resources.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an external customer interface role.

  • Documented experience with standard operating procedures in highly regulated environments.
