See this link for more information: As a Talent & Engagement – HR Cloud Service Transformation Consultant you will lead sizable project teams of top talent and will be successful in the sale and delivery of HR Cloud Service Transformation services and solutions to IBM's core clients, many of which have been partnering with IBM for more than 20 years. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage IBM’s long-term client relationships and build effective cross-functional teams across a complex ecosystem including client HR, business and technical stakeholders, IBM's Talent & Engagement and technology delivery organizations in the US and around the globe and third party partners, such as software vendors.The successful candidate will be a results-focused consultant with a track record of business case development and performance measurement. You will provide hands-on leadership, direction and mentoring to the team and manage top-tier client relationships. Ideally you will have hands-on experience selling and delivering HR Cloud solutions. However comparable experience in other types of HR services and solutions will be considered.This position in IBM’s elite, global Talent & Engagement Center of Competency (CoC) requires an 80% global travel commitment. Of course, many of our client engagements can be done remotely so travel and client-site work may not always be needed, depending on client preferences.   • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 1 year experience in A detailed knowledge of at least one of the following Cloud HCM products; Success Factors; BizX suite or Employee Central OR Oracle Fusion HCM OR Workday HCM

  • At least 5 years experience in HR package implementation experience in complex global organizations

  • At least 2 years experience in A strong understanding of Cloud computing and the benefits this can bring to organizations

  • At least 3 years experience in A deep understanding of Core HR and Talent Management processes

  • At least 3 years experience in Experience managing multi-dimension, complex demands

  • At least 5 years experience in Technology driven change management and ERP related transformation

  • At least 5 years experience in A talent for client-facing work or excellent consulting skills
