Your future made with IBM IBM is now hiring a experienced Solution Representative-Brand Specialist professional.This position is responsible to develop solution collateral / the technical work products and building alliance, and progress sales leads to closure. They will be working cross organization to harvest best practices from Client Engagements working closely with the solution intergration hub and sales/delivery teams. They will work extensively with offering teams to ensure solutions are represented.
Responsible for translating the technology/solutions into offering business requirements and defining the repeatable structures of solutions and architectures
Revenue - Drive achievement of signings revenue objectives
Establish/maintain sufficient pipeline and signings while assisting with determination of mutual value plays.
Responsible for sales progression, opportunity identification, qualification, which includes specific deal support as required
Align IBM and Alliance team sales teams and assisting in sales efforts
Facilitate territory planning sessions around mobility/networking solutions.
Alliance Satisfaction - Have a direct impact to account quality and client satisfaction acting with a sense of urgency in all circumstances
Demonstrate individual results and contribute to team/territory achievement of technical and operational objectives as indicated by customer surveys, direct customer feedback, and technical measurements
Leadership - provide leadership within the alliances team and to the joint sales teams (GTS, GBS, S&D, Brands, TSS etc.) promoting the alliance relationship between IBM and Zebra.
Lead the US and North America Alliance efforts in both business development and sales
Provide mentoring to less experienced personnel

3-5 years experience in building channels through Alliances
Teamwork at highest levels within business unit as well as relationships with customer.
Plans and conducts complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.
Understands customers' business and builds a successful partnership and maintains or improves this relationship through sell cycle and after sale
The position requires knowledge across multiple platforms (device and middleware), processes or architectures used to create services for Managed Mobility and Virtualization services
This position requires knowledge of building partnerships with technical alliance
Positioning the technologies with IBM services creating a GTM strategy and win win value prop
Teamwork at highest levels. Leads large, very complex engagement teams responsible for the development of deliverables, such as client proposal and presentations
