The Software Client Leader is responsible for coordination of all Software and As a Service (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) activity within a designated account. Responsibility for developing and cultivating client relationships with key executive leaders (CXO, VP, Director) in both IT and Lines of Business. Developing and executing upon an account plan with indirect management responsibilities for multiple brand specialists. This person will be responsible for cultivating new pipeline. The position is located in the New York Tri State area.
Must have the ability to develop relationships and articulate to clients IBM strategic values as it relates to customer needs; multi client tasking; ability to solution and resolve difficult client situations.
Must be able to think strategically and meet the needs of customers.
Must be able to manage and build relationships at a major account.
5 to 7 years in Sales Role with a proven track record of success
