IBM Social Community Manager in NEW YORK, New York

Discover what you can do at IBM.The Social Discipline team is seeking an experienced professional to manage and expand our internal community for social practitioners. We are looking for a leader to revise our social community pages to build a central repository of best practices, kits, guides. The ideal candidate will develop regular and ongoing training sessions and will host bimonthly office hours for the social community to help build a culture of excellence and drive buy in from global colleagues. This position requires a social expert with the ability to think develop a long-term vision based on emerging trends and skills gaps within our team.   • Degree in journalism, English, marketing, advertising or related field is strongly preferred.

  • Proven leadership experience with a diverse team of content marketing, design, and technology practitioners.

  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability track all content progress.

  • Expertise in gathering qualitative and quantitative data, developing reports.

  • Strong analytical, writing and editing skills.
