A key member of the management team, this person will provide crucial support to TCX leadership staff. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of strategic projects. The role requires project management capabilities, strategic thinking and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders. He or she may also be asked to lead individual projects on a full-time basis.The candidate must be collaborative and willing to take on new and diverse projects, and will able to change focus and priority quickly. Additionally, he or she must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines and demonstrate an ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent and sound judgment. The key responsibilities and tasks of the Senior Program Manager will be to:
Contribute as a productive, forward-thinking senior member of the Marketing Innovation management team
Prioritize, communicate, problem-solve and bring positive energy to a focused and proactive team.
Analyze ongoing Studio team initiatives and align efforts to overarching IBM marketing business objectives.
Translate Marketing Innovation initiatives through enterprise-wide communication to resonate with and intersection of IBM executives.
At least 4 years’ experience in program management/leadership or consulting
At least 2 years’ experience in high-level communications with internal and external senior leaders/stakeholders
At least 2 years’ experience in working on digital projects
