Responsible for consistently servicing multiple, large client contracts simultaneously, or a large, complex contract. Expertise and work efforts focus on building relationships with Director and C-Suite. Seeks out business opportunities. Defines, manages, and exceeds client expectations by identifying strategic and operational needs, and providing solutions which drive customer satisfaction, optimizes end user experience and maximizes profitability. Collaborate with internal artners to develop, articulate and drive business, operations and technology strategies which anticipate requirements and create significant competitive advantage. Acts as a point of escalation to others. Develops and delivers client-facing presentations. May renegotiate project terms to ensure project success. Defines content, organization, and flow of project deliverables or proposals. Works closely with sales team to identify future opportunity with client and provides pre-sales support. May lead complex client renewals and cross sell with minimal supervision. Responsible for sustained strong ongoing relationships with middle management and senior management both during and between active engagements. Utilizes advanced skills in the application of financial metrics.
At least 5-7 years of experience in software design, technical product support, direct account management, financial metrics, sales and negotiation.
Candidate should have a broad based experience in managing clients with Ariba or PeopleSoft or Oracle eBusiness Suite or Siebel or SAP or eCommerce or MS Lync/Skype for Business, and Messaging platforms, and/or in depth experience with and knowledge of complex technical architectures that support mission critical applications like those mentioned above.
Candidate must have client facing experience with IT and business leaders.
