Apply deep portfolio, buyer, segment and routes-to-market expertise to develop the end-to-end marketing strategy and the standards for client experience 2. Partner across the marketing, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and sales ecosystem to continuously optimize execution and business results 3. Deliver unique/compelling point of views (POVs), strategic messaging and leadership proof points improving the portfolio's market position, competitive advantage and business results 4. Apply buyer behavior knowledge to orchestrate and manage the delivery of an exceptional client engagement experience end-to-end encompassing buyer journey, content narrative and syndication design, translating marketing plans, segment priorities and messaging into effective content marketing practices that, when implemented in campaigns, generate & progress new sales opportunities. 5. Communicate worldwide marketing objectives, strategies and priorities to other Portfolio Marketing Professionals around the world to facilitate localization.Success will require strategic and innovative thinking and intuition about people, routes to market, and messaging focused on a buyer centric approach given competitive threats and strategic business opportunities among new buyers, new markets and new channels; strong digital marketing and content narrative design skills; and ability to translate complex technologies and concepts to easy to understand content.This position requires an individual who:Acquires and applies learned knowledge to his/her portfolio contributing to the definition and execution of effective portfolio marketing strategiesIntegrates IBM in front of the client and prioritize offerings in all sales channelsMatches portfolio capabilities to client needs to create roles-based value propositionsCreates marketing plans, defines market success criteria partnering with PLM and SalesEngages stakeholders to develop a point of view on client needs and portfolio marketing strategies, and influences stakeholders to define plans and execute actionsRecognizes and analyzes market needs, opportunities and challenges, and IBM and competitor capabilities and then recommends alternatives for market segment selections, portfolio priorities, and marketing strategiesProduces clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customersEstablishes and maintains positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers, displaying willingness to understand diverse points of viewAssumes ownership of assignments, completing commitments on time*Desires to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks concurrently and easily adapting to new assignments, system, tools
