The applicant will provide architectural leadership of project engagements. The applicant will provide training and mentoring for all team members but will also contribute with hands on development and troubleshooting activities.We have multiple projects we are looking to staff with the majority in the North East. Local NY and MA candidates are preferred, but travel is considered.Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%.   • 5+ years experience with MS Dynamics

  • 5+ years experience in MS CRM 2011/2013/2015

  • 5+ years proven experience selling consulting engagements which includes: estimating, scoping, and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk

  • 10+ year’s relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation

  • 3+ years as a CRM Tech Lead or equivalent for a team of 5+ employees

  • Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the related challenges and approaches for each

  • Ability to seamlessly move between high level architectural review/design tasks and “roll up the sleeves” tasks required to deliver products and services

  • 5+ years experience in core NET technologies and related areas: WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server
